Training & Development
MUSIGA invests in the skills of every member — from digital music distribution to AI-powered production — so Ghanaian musicians can thrive in the modern music economy.
Leveraging Digital Tools
to Generate Revenue
The music industry has transformed dramatically. Production, distribution, and consumption have all gone digital — with Artificial Intelligence now firmly in the mix. In partnership with the Ghana Skills Development Fund (GSDF), MUSIGA launched this programme to equip members with the skills to navigate and profit from the digital music landscape.
Trained members learn how to select digital platforms, upload and schedule releases, promote their music using AI tools, monitor their digital dashboards, and diversify their revenue streams through products online.
Participants are expected to return to their regions and train colleagues using the provided manuals, supported by appointed regional mentors.
